This webcomic follows the often humorous adventures of a Lebanese comics artist and the struggles he faces while trying to pursue his passion, in a society oblivious to it. 

“Joura” is Arabic for “pothole”. As any true Lebanese can tell you, the prime obstacle on the roads of Lebanon are the infamous potholes. In that sense, this work intends to shed light and poke fun at the sort of obstacles the comics community in Lebanon faces on its road to significance and appreciation, as well as anyone with interests alternative to those of mainstream society (comics, video games, anime, etc.), interests that are still not properly comprehended and dismissed as childish or silly.
